"The reservation went through perfectly and checking in was easy. The room itself was okay for a short stay and served its purpose, but I did notice that the property is showing its age. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need attention. It is a reasonable and functional place to sleep, but a little extra maintenance would definitely improve the experience 🙂"

"The hotel is close to the docks and in the town, so I actually had to walk only 2min. The place is clean and nice. I would stay again. The receptionist was awsome."

"Un lugar maravilloso con una mala experiencia de checking donde nos hacen un tour por las instalaciones que eran solo para vender productos y servicios . Llegamos temprano al hotel así que esperamos varias horas por la habitación y en el tour la primera parada fue en la tienda de souvenirs , luego en el lugar donde te vendían tratamientos y masajes . Cómo 20 minutos de venta que parecía la venta agresiva de tiempo compartido . Por otro lado el lugar, las instalaciones, la cómoda y la gente de primer nivel."

"Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places."

"The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly great."

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The bed was not very comfortable. Quite firm and the bed was very, very noisy popping wood sound every time you moved. I don’t know if something needs to be tightened or what but so loud. I also wish there were more than just the two pillows. It has been a long time since I had to sleep with only one pillow. Would have been far more comfortable with an additional pillow and another blanket. The air conditioner worked great! Overall, it was a good stay."
