1 bedroom delux seaview had mouldy stench. Affected our sleep for 1st night. Front desk Faris kindly helped to change my room. However, the bedsheet also had mouldy smell. Expected more from Fraser brand..overall was disappointed with my stay

Clean & decent, but not worth the price paid.
Clean, relatively comfortable and neat, but has the feel of a cheap JB hotel room in overall. Bathroom finishes lack finesse and corners/drains/fittings feel worn out. The biggest issue was the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There is not much in the vicinity, so you would need to taxi out to main shopping/F&B areas.

We received warm reception from the friendly staff. Romantic room decoration. Room is clean and tidy. Adjustable aircon temperature is a plus 👍 Unfortunately, the downside is that it’s a distance away from town area, and the safe is faulty 😅

Booked a room with living room space. Was travelling with 2 young kids, 4 years old & 2 months old. With the kitchen facilities, I was able to wash milk bottles etc. The place is clean & bed was comfortable to sleep in.

My experience at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, was far from satisfactory. I encountered several issues during my stay that left me disappointed. First and foremost, the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. We promptly called reception for assistance, and while two maintenance staff members came to address the issue, they only managed to fix the air conditioning in the common bedroom, neglecting the master bedroom entirely. This lack of thoroughness was quite frustrating. To compound matters, the shower in the master bedroom had a non-functioning water heater. Again, we called reception, and were assured that someone would come to resolve the issue. Regrettably, no one ever arrived to address this problem, leaving us without a functioning shower for the duration of our stay. On top of the room issues, the breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Despite having paid for breakfast, the queue to the breakfast area was so long that it extended all the way to the lift lobby. This resulted in an inconvenient and unsatisfying breakfast experience. In an effort to rectify these issues, I provided feedback to Expedia, and was told that the hotel manager, Khai, would follow up to address the problems with our room. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up whatsoever, which only added to my frustration. In light of these multiple disappointments, I cannot recommend Fraser Place Puteri Harbour to other travelers.

Providing an excellent guest experience is our top priority, so I am very concerned to hear about the unsatisfactory service you received.I appreciate you taking the time to provide detailed feedback about the problems with the air conditioning and shower in your room. It is unacceptable that our maintenance team did not fully resolve these issues promptly. I will be retraining all engineering staff to ensure any room issues are thoroughly addressed in a timely manner moving forward.I also apologize that no one followed up regarding the Expedia feedback you submitted during your stay. As the Operations Manager, this matter should have been escalated to me, and I assure you I would have reached out promptly to discuss your experience. Please know that I am taking steps to improve our internal communication channels to prevent something like this from happening again.Regarding the long queue at breakfast, you are absolutely right that this resulted in an inconvenient dining experience. I will be adjusting our breakfast staffing to make sure there is ample capacity to serve all guests efficiently even during peak times.I understand these multiple disappointments likely impacted your overall perception of our property. However, I hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a five-star experience that meets your expectations.Thank you again for taking the time to share feedback. Wonderful hotel. We stayed here pre covid and since msia opened up and the rooms have been well maintained except for maybe the toilets can see some mould and stains. Love that there is a washing machine/dryer to do our laundry

Everything is great and perfect. Best is they have Hard Rock Cafe below. The only bad about the hotel is the water heater. Have to wait 5-10 minutes then u get your hot water to shower. Call the frontdesk and thats what i been told when i waited long for the hot water shower. 15minutes later here comes the hot water

Overall stay was pleasant except that the room was not ready when I arrived. The check-in time was 2pm and I arrived at the hotel at 3pm. The room was only available at 3:45pm. I will be staying at the hotel again tomorrow and I hope this time the room will be ready when I arrived.
