The worst service from the staff. Not a single staff member is friendly in that hotel. They look at you as if you're doing them a favour. Perhaps all the staff should be sent on some training on atleast how to greet their guests and smile. Don't think we will be ever visiting this hotel again. "

"I had a really good stay at Lemon Tree Rajkot! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained.The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service to front office was excellent. "I was bringing my family for the first time to India and Rajkot. Our stay at the Marasa Sarovar portico was a memorable one. We had arrived after a very tiring trip and we were exhausted. We arrived in the early hours and although the check in time was 2 pm, the front desk assistant Sourabh made sure we were taken good care of and we had a early check in. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. Very clean hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Rooftop restaurant was also very good. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. All in all we had very good and memorable 9 days and we highly recommend these hotel for its staff and cleanliness."
