"Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Haus und Grundstück perfekt, sehr diskrete Gastgeber. Dass die Lage abgelegen ist, wussten wir logischerweise vorher. Wer also viel Tourismus und Rummel sucht ist hier falsch. Aber Erholung, Ruhe, Natur und der nächtliche Sternenhimmel sind garantiert. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind im Umkreis von 10km. Im Haus fehlt es an Nichts. Absolut zu empfehlen"

"The drive out into the countryside is well worth the effort. We stayed in the two bedroom gite and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The gite is spacious and has a lovely gravel patio area in front with great views of the countryside. It was warm, so we were able to sit outside for meals, reading and watching nature and the occasional boat passing on the canal. "We love coming to the area and this house is just wonderful - cool inside when the weather was extra hot. We timed the stay for the July 14th celebrations and vide-grenier which was extra fun to see so many people out and about! Dominique met us at the house, let us in, and gave us her phone number in case we needed anything while we were there. Would definitely recommend - the area also now has a 4G phone signal so I had to disconnect my phone from data to stay away from work emails :D...
