Experience your holiday in the heart of the Lienz Dolomites, enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views, and immerse yourself in the unique beauty of nature.

Our two houses are located in the heart of the beautiful Iselsberg-Stronach National Park community, on a sunny and quiet south-facing slope with a magnificent view of the Lienz Dolomites.

All three holiday apartments face south with a balcony or terrace and offer every comfort.

Toboggan trails, cross-country ski trails, and an ice skating rink are located right in town. Otherwise, you can easily reach the surrounding ski areas—such as Zettersfeld, Hochstein, Goldried, Sillian, and Heiligenblut—in 10–30 minutes by car.

Holiday Apartment 1:

Our Holiday Apartment 1 (56 m²) is located on the ground floor. This bright, south-facing apartment consists of 2 new bedrooms, each accommodating 2 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a kitchen (with dishwasher), a spacious entryway, a shower/toilet, and satellite TV. Guests are, of course, welcome to use the terrace and the lawn.


Local tax of 2.60 per day/person is added on site

2–4 people / (56 m²) – located on the ground floor and consists
of 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, a kitchen with a modern sitting area, 1 flat-screen TV, 
shower/toilet, a terrace with a sunbathing area, a parking spot with a carport, a sauna, and a ski boot room
. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided in every apartment; a bread roll delivery service is available on weekdays; Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. 



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
