一泊しました。衛生面もスタッフの対応も良く気軽に宿泊出来ました。朝食が弁当なので、散歩がてら近くのスタバに行ったので良き。コンビニが近くにあれば…とは思います。宿泊した日は救急車や暴走族の音がうるさかったです。

GOOD STAY

諫早駅にも近く、いいホテルです。最上階に大浴場があり、利用したかったが仕事の都合で遅くなってしまい利用できなかった。

ホテルの周りには何も無いので、夜ご飯を食べに店を探すのも遠い。コンビニも徒歩では遠いので、事前購入をお勧めします。ウェルカムドリンクがあったり、自販機の飲み物が安くて助かりました。

大浴場に満足！

エアコンが自動的にオンオフ(設定の問題？)が起こり、夜間に暑くて起きることがあった。 また、部屋内のコンセントはすべて鍵がないと(入室)稼働せず外出中に充電したい機器が充電できなかった。 8Fの大浴場は時間制限あるものの、清潔で温度も適温で良かった。

マンションの一室で広々として部屋に洗濯機や乾燥機があり便利でした ドアや椅子、床を歩く音が結構するので気にしました ゴミ出しの方法がマンシ ョンの住民と同じなのか?日にちが書いた表があったがよくわからなかった

受付の若い女性スタッフの方がとても気持ちの良い対応でした。 部屋はリノベーションされており、スーツケースも余裕で広げられて充分な広さでした。 問題は水回りで、鏡やその他の鱗汚れ、バスタブ付近のシーリングや壁、シャワーを掛けるところのカビがひどかったです。 トイレもウォシュレットのカビや他も汚くてショックでした。 電気ケトルも中を開けるとカビがあり、使用できませんでした。 どこの部分も日頃のメンテナンスを怠らなければこんなに汚れないと思います。 そして今からでも少し時間をかけて丁寧に洗えば良いと思います。 せっかく受付の方が頑張っていらっしゃるのにこの清掃状況では台無しですよ。
