We had a wonderful stay at Viceroy Washington DC. It’s truly a lovely place with a great sense of space, the atmosphere feels both stylish and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and very inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day.
What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman who checked me in and also handled my checkout. He was professional, kind, and made the whole experience seamless and pleasant.
The amenities were excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington, DC, and we look forward to staying again.
