Room was pretty big with a wardrobe and the location was perfect since it is located close to the motorway exit. Parking spaces were there. We had a kettle jug/ coffee/tea/milk and sugar in the room. Bed was okay and we there were towels and hand towels as well. There were two hand wash bottles inside the bathroom and I believe it can be cleaned a little bit more. 2 bed side cupboards were dusty. Wifi is not available and the receptionist mentioned that they removed the TV and they mentioned it in the website. Restaurants were closed. Okay for the price we paid.

The hotel was well situated in town - the room was nice and also had a great view of the canal. The main plus point was the staff - they were great, especially Orkhed - who went out of her way to provide exceptional service.

This stay we were facing the outside of the seating area where we were not able to sleep because of chatting till 02-30 . This was on the Friday night 22/5/26. "First room they tried to offer, unacceptable, stench of dampness unbearable. Second room, The Gold room OK. Bit dated,,,,good job I always sleep with ear buds, can be a little noisy, but lovely room with good views. Bit mean with the coffee and Tea. Needs a bit more TLC."
