Tolles Haus!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, an Ausstattung hat es für uns an nichts gemangelt. Für kalte Tage ist der Holzofen im Haus super, Irlbach ist ein schöner Ort und auch für Ausflüge in etwas weiter entferntere Städte (Regensburg, Passau) ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet, da man schnell am Bahnhof in Straßkirchen, von dem aus man gut in genannte Städte kommt.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Woche zu Besuch.Das Haus ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht wurde, so waren z.B. in der Küche ausreichend Geschirrhandtücher, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Backpapier, Alufolie und vieles mehr vorhanden, das macht den Start viel einfacher.Sehr positiv haben wir auch die Sauberkeit empfunden, alle Räume inklusive der Bäder und Toiletten waren tadellos.Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kaminofen, die Gastgeber haben Holz und Anzünder bereitgestellt. Es ist gut, dass es diesen Ofen gibt, denn in diesem Bereich sind die Heizkörper an Wintertagen nicht ganz ausreichend. Mit dem Ofen sind die Abende sehr gemütlich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, danke für das Willkommensgeschenk. Der Kaminofen ist in der kalten Jahreszeit sehr gut, da die Heizung es nicht schafft die Räume richtig aufzuwärmen.Es wäre schön wenn es ein größeres Sofa gäbe wo die ganze Familie Platz hat und im Kinderschlafzimmer die Matratzen erneuert werden werden wwerden würden

Super schöne Unterkunft

Tolles Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positiv sind die große Küche, die schönen Schlafzimmer und tolle, saubere Bäder.Ein Manko: es war wirklich frisch. Da muss der Holzöfen den ganzen Tag laufen. Vielen, vielen Dank dass wir kommen durften.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wie haben als Familie wenige Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen, die Küche ist riesig und überproportional gut ausgestattet. Einzige Anmerkung - im OG gibt es nicht in allen Zimmern einen Heizkörper - sodass es im Winter evtl etwas frischer sein könnte….

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Familie Schäfer. Das Haus ist toll, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Sogar ein Korb voller Holz für den schönen Kamin stand bereit und wurde von uns auch genutzt. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Gemütlich und groß

Wir waren eine woche in dieser Unterkunft. Es war sehr schön und sauber dort . Ein sehr schönes großes haus. Man konnte von dort aus schnell bäcker und Supermarkt erreichen. Hinterm haus gab es eine terrasse mit grill Möglichkeit . Abends hatten wir öfters Besuch von eine schmusekatze. Von der unterkunft komnte man viele orte schnell erreichen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Wenn fragen waren hat man schnell eine Antwort bekommen . In paar jahren kommen wir sehr gerne nochmal . Wir hatten ein schönen Urlaub Vielen dank an familie schaefer erreichen. . Hinterm haus gab es

Tolles und sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unser kurzen Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Gastgeber hat uns am Anfang erwartet. Sehr sauberes Haus, alles nötiges wurde für Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist auch schön, direkt am kleinen Fluss, in der Nähe von Donau. Auto ist ein Muss, da innerhalb von einer Stunde kann man viele Unterhaltungen erreichen und zu Fuß gibt es kaum was.

Gemütlich, Geräumig, Top Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, aber doch recht zentral - mehr oder weniger direkt an der Donau. Wir wurden sehr gut organisiert empfangen (Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation einwandfrei) - das Haus ist ziemlich genau, wie beschrieben inkl. einer wunderschönen, geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sauber, gut vorbereitet und so konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Probleme genießen. Das winzige Manko war auch gleichzeitig der Grund, den wunderschönen Kamin anzufeuern. Es war bei Ankunft recht kalt (ca 14 Grad) im Haus. Durch die Kaminwärme war das aber machbar! Absolute Empfehlung!

Kleine Auszeit

Wir wurden mit Gummibärchen für die Kinder und einem leckeren Wein für uns und einer persönlichen Nachricht herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus der Familie Schaefer. Der Kamin war für uns ein absolutes Highlight. Es war einfach magisch und beruhigend davor zu sitzen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Wir hatten ausreichend Geschirrtücher und Lappen, die sonst in den meisten Fällen Mangelware sind. In der Küche haben wir lediglich eine Teekanne vermisst. Die zwei Bäder waren modern, sauber und hatten ausreichend Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Im unteren Bad fanden wir die Toilettenhöhe sehr kinderfreundlich. Unserer 3 Jährige Tochter konnte somit selbstständig gehen. Die Schlafräume waren geräumig und einladend. Im Schlafzimmer mit dem kleineren Bett( 1.40m) war die Matratze leider schon etwas durchgelegen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr sehr zufrieden und können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.
