"Reception is open 24/7 and everyone was so kind and friendly. Rooms were immaculate including the bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Parking is a little complicated. We went in August and we reserved a parking spot anticipating that the street parking would be full but someone needs to open and close ..."

The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked ..."
