"We needed a last minute hotel while traveling and they got us right in. The staff was amazing!!! It was nice and quiet and as we stay in hotels a lot this was one of the most comfy ones we’ve ever stayed in!!"

"The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Of the 2 rooms we had for the night the beds were comfortable & 1 of the rooms was very quiet. Unfortunately the lobby & elevators were cluttered with construction materials, old decorations & covered furniture as they clearly were sprucing up the place. It made the entrance & lobby unusable. They were painting the front desk throughout the day & night which was smelly. I chose this Hampton Inn over another close by because of reviews & the nice lobby space. I was very disappointed to be unaware that this place was in such disarray. I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns & the breakfast & selection was also disappointing - just ok, at best. I’m sure you can do better & I will look at other options in the future. "

"Overall, our experience was terrible. Walking into the building, the customer service was not great. That’s not even the worst part. The room reeked and there was a white and creamy substance on the edge of the bed. The door to the bathroom kept coming off the track, and we came to found out that there was a roach on the wall. A man also got stuck in the elevator. Very disappointed."

"The staff did not know how to operate their new computer system and were unable to check me in. I waited 45 minutes for my key card and only after the hotel manager arrived from his home to do it. The room is outdated and in poor to fair condition. There was hair in the sink and the shower. "

"The hot tub in my room was not working, staff on duty was very nonchalant about it. Offered a discount, but looks like I was charged full price for the room i frequent this hotel often and never had a problem. I genuinely book a room here solely for the hot tub and unfortunately this trip. I was unable to utilize it, but was charged full price for it. I would really like to see them have that fixed and to make it right with a regular traveler to this establishment."
