It looks like a 60's motel from the outside but dont let that fool you. The rooms are fresh, clean and comfortable. The owner is on site, friendly and attentive. Pets are allowed for $10 each. We were having our RV repaired at Kansas RV Center and had no problem extending our stay for an additional day. Walmart and Tractor supply close and some good restaurants a short drive away. Owner said it will be changed to a Sonesta brand next year.

Class reunion

Since I was not going to spend much time in the motel room, I was wanting a reasonably priced accommodations. This motel satisfied my expectations. The facilities' were clean and well maintained.

Book this!

Clean retro motel with a very kind owner who welcomed us with a big smile. We enjoyed our time here and had a huge laugh when we saw the mustard yellow bath tub with “shell” shaped shelves built in. It made our day after a long day on the bicycle that ended with a rainout. We will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Overall, it wasn't horrible, but the stained shower makes it appear dirty and one of the rooms had a wobbly toilet. The carpet felt dirty but wearing shoes took care of that. Dead bugs and the TV connection didn't work well. Otherwise bedding and towels were clean which was most important. The staff is great and very friendly!

Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean although it was a smoke free room it smelled a little like it used to be a smoking room.Wished they had a hot breakfast such as boiled eggs or scrambled. Or frozen breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved. But the continental breakfast was a plus! We were happy with the price we paid and location. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! The manager even wished us a safe trip home!
