Hotel.com broke the contract and charged us anyway
We had a hotel.com guarantee for 4 nights. The hotel told us that they would only honor 2 nights. We did not agree to this. We left and went to a different hotel. We were build by hotel.com for all 4 nights even though they knew about the changes. This is all documented via emails. Hotel.com and this hotel can not be trusted.

First off let me say I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews. I've traveled very extensively and have stayed in many hotels and this experience was in the top 3 of all time. The hotel is immaculate. Every angle, every corner, every view was picturesque. The view over the lake and the city was a dream. Now for the staff. Unbelievable service with a smile. Family owned and it shows. The breakfast was one of a kind. Homemade fresh breakfast with variety every day. I will recommend this property to everyone I know. If you are visiting this general area you must stay at this property, you won't regret it.

Very friendly ans helpful staff. Nice decor and homely feel. Very luxurious feel. Everything about our stay was very enjoyable. You will need to car or be prepared for a taxi ride to get about as it is a bit off tyh e beaten track.

Amazing two day getaway
I booked a two night stay at this hotel as a gift for my parents. They ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! Every time we talk, they keep telling me amazing things about it and they are so happy. Before they arrived, I called the hotel to ask a few things and they were very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb and the view breathtaking. My parents were so pleased with the cleanness of the room and the size of it. They had a lake view room. One of the days, they had to leave before breakfast hours and the hotel management made sure they were served breakfast. The breakfast was delicious with much variety. My parents visit Ioannina regularly but this was the first time staying at this hotel. They said that they prefer it more than any other in that area by far. Now I am looking forward visiting it too! Thank you for making my parents stay so memorable, I couldn't had asked for anything more.

Chic et charme..exceptionnel
Un endroit exceptionnel qui nous a comble.
La vue est exceptionnelle sur le lac et ioanina, au calme.
Tout est la : service, confort, chambre immense et impeccable, un pdj gargantuesque et fait maison.
Et un personnel sympa , agréable, disponible, tout est parfait.
Suivez les conseils du patron pour vos excursions , c est un vrai guide touristique.
Bref irréprochable, notre meilleur etape !
Le bar a deux pas vaut le détour : vue imprenable, tarif, personnel, des 21h barbecue délicieux, c est le rdv des locaux , a ne pas manquer

Modern hotel with a view
Great family-run hotel, with breathtaking view. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is delicious! A bit further out of Ioannina, but the view is worth it!

Hôtel raffiné, chambre spacieuse et très agréable, vue magnifique sur Ioannina. Un peu difficile à trouver car l'adresse n'est pas très précise mais une fois trouvé, pas de problème tout est parfait.
L'accueil est agréable et chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est complet, excellent, d'une présentation recherchée et avec des produits faits maison.
