Our cosy holiday rental at Ahornstraße 5 offers the perfect blend of alpine tranquility and an ideal starting point for your adventures—whether on two wheels, in hiking boots, or simply to unwind and relax. Here you’ll find your perfect temporary home in the Chiemgau region. Our lovingly furnished apartment is perfectly suited for two people. However, thanks to the pull-out couch in the living room, it can also accommodate up to two children. The separate bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and an in-room safe. It features a fully equipped kitchenette and a well-maintained bathroom. The beautiful, spacious balcony overlooking the Inzell mountains is ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Secure, lockable storage for bicycles, skis, or motorcycle gear, as well as a private parking space, are located right next to the house. The apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which you can use at any time for a small fee (coin-operated). A shared recreation room in the basement with foosball and a ping-pong table ensures plenty of fun! Why our apartment is your perfect holiday destination: For motorcyclists: a paradise of curves! Inzell is the perfect starting point for alpine tours. The world-famous Roßfeld Panorama Road, routes around Lake Chiemsee, and day trips to the Salzburg region and the Berchtesgaden Alps are right on your doorstep.For cyclists: the Inzell bike path network starts practically right at the accommodation and takes you from the flat valley all the way up to the most beautiful alpine pastures.For hikers and mountaineers: from leisurely walks in the valley to challenging hikes up the Hochstaufen, Rauschberg, or Teisenberg—hiking trails and ascents begin right nearby. For those seeking peace and quiet: an oasis of relaxation! Ahornstraße is wonderfully quiet yet centrally located. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the picturesque spa park and the natural swimming lake (about 150 metres away). Nearby are the Frillensee and Falkensee lakes, and a little further afield are the Thumsee and the Rupertus Therme in Bad Reichenhall. Unwind and enjoy the idyllic natural surroundings!

The location is an absolute dream for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. The Inzell Water Park is just a short walk of about 3 minutes away. The famous Max-Aicher-Arena is just under 1.9 km away. The cross-country ski trails are only about 200 metres from the holiday rental. There are also winter hiking trails and several ski resorts in the area. Ruhpolding, Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein, Salzburg, and Munich are all easily accessible. From the apartment, you can easily reach Lake Chiemsee as well as the boat docks for Herreninsel and Fraueninsel. In about 30 minutes by car, you’ll be there and ready to start island hopping! The Chiemgau Card is included with your stay! This allows you to use regional mountain railways, museums, and the water park with its sauna area completely free of charge.
