This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was stylish and comfortable, but we'd have preferred more drawer space. Our other grumble is the paper cups for hot drinks.

This is a beautifully decorated modern hotel situated in an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the Dyson hair dryer. There was a great and varied breakfast buffet. The staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

Quirky hotel but so quiet. Quirky decor but LOVED our room, had private patios on both sides. Realized that we have to leave windows open to cool it off. Bed was comfy. Great location to the metro.
