"I was messaged that I would need to self check in on arrival which wasn't an issue but no details were sent on which room number I was or where/ how to collect key. The number provided took many attempts to contact. The site is very run down, rooms in poor condition, not even dispensed hand soap in the bathrooms and I expected dispensed shower gel but absolutely nothing. The site has been run into the ground, room dirty and bedding all stained. Mattresses have had their day, a really terrible experience for a £90 a night stay!!! I would avoid and take a tent or sleep in your car for better comfort"
