We absolutely loved our stay! The owner was wonderful and made everything so easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—close to great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk to the Atlantic with a beautiful view. The courtyard was such a peaceful spot to relax in the mornings. We’d definitely stay here again!
Cosy clean accommodation between Galway and the beautiful Connemara area. Close to beaches, walks and wild landscapes. Lovely hosts and a great place to base yourselves for a few days exploring.
We only stayed one night, but it was wonderful. It was nice and cozy. We made dinner at the chalet and it turned out great. The beach down the road was stunning and a must see if you stay here.
Really nice two bedroom cottage Very clean and comfortable, and appreciated the coffee and treats! ten-minute walk to beaches going either direction with lots of birds, seals and great views of the Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher across Galway Bay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.
We took a 30th girls trip and the owners made our stay so memorable. They were so nice and were more than happy to talk to us! The property is a 6 minute walk from the beach, where we saw a seal, and along the way, we saw donkeys and cows too. We loved everything about our stay and we were sad to leave. Book now!
We loved our stay here. Super close to the ferry for the Aran Islands and a short drive into Galway. A great alternative to a hotel. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Excellent host and great communication.
The chalet is well-equipped, clean and cosy. The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. The beach and the surrounding are beautiful, and the city of Galway is nearby. We absolutely recommend a stay here. thanks to Majella and Michael

Perfect jump off to visit the west of Ireland. Lovely hosts who just make you feel.welcome. While the home is small, it is perfect for family of 3 adults and 1 child. Love the size of the bathroom and outdoor space is beautiful and calming. We will be visiting again.
Lovely property. Well stocked with everything you could need. They've thought of everything. Lovely garden too. Peaceful. Charming hosts as well. Highly recommend!
The chalet was in a good position for touring Galway and Connemara. The chalet was a little dated but comfy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The beach was gorgeous. We were a little surprised by the road noise.
Very comfortable 2-bedroom + living room + eat-in kitchen with gorgeous outdoor spaces, open and undercover, to sit and relax and enjoy the colour and natural beauty of the garden. Great access to drives around and into the Galway rugged landscape. Ferry to Aran Islands is just down the road.
We truly enjoyed staying in the Chalet. It was small but cozy and had plenty of room for me and my daughters. Majella was so kind and was always available for any questions or a quick chat. We were very happy that the Chalet was so close to Galway and also Connamarra. All In all we were quite happy with our stay. The only reason there is a 4 rating for location is because traffic makes it slightly difficult to get out of the driveway.
We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Inverin. The apartment is cosy. It is an older place, but with a modern bathroom. The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed (apart from a dishwasher). There were already some essentials in the kitchen (salt, pepper, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc) and in the bathroom. Michael and Marcella were very friendly and helpful. The garden is lovely and it is only a short stroll to the beach.
Our recent two-night stay at the Irish chalet was truly a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming hosts made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond by leaving a thoughtful hostess basket filled with delicious baked goods and coffee, which was a perfect way to start our mornings. The accommodations were exceptionally well-appointed, combining comfort with a touch of Irish charm. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay cozy and enjoyable. Each morning, we took a leisurely walk to the nearby bay, soaking in the stunning scenery and crisp fresh air. One of the highlights of our walks was meeting Fred, the friendly neighborhood donkey. He was an absolute joy to say hello to!In the evening, we ventured to a nearby pub for a pint with the locals. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, allowing us to soak in the local culture and enjoy some great conversations.Overall, our stay at the Irish chalet was a memorable getaway filled with warmth, beauty, and delightful experiences. We would highly recommend this charming retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the heart of Ireland. I can't wait to return!
