However plumbing issues in our room and could not have a fab bath, it was a beautiful tub because of the water (not hot) I did tell the staff the next day as it needed looked at. Cities near Inver

Platform 1864, Tain in Scotland. A typical town in the Highlands, Tain is a great place to wander around taking in the atmosphere. We visited the museum which has many examples of Tain silverware and a great insight into local history. Here's a shot of Platform 1864, a cafe at the railway station. We spent time here relaxing over lunch. There's a very good menu and the owner has made a great job in the styling of the interior.
