"Everything was terrific. The house was clean and just seemed to have all of the little things you end up needing. The location is ideal as it is close to the lodge and parking lot and returning is also easy from the terrain park lift. We already booked again for next year."

"Morton & Furbish reps were available, helpful, accommodating. Rock Pond 83 was a great unit--perfect layout for oldsters (main floor BR) and college age crew with friends (lower floor). We loved the wood-burning fireplace, the view, and the well-equipped kitchen. It took us a day to figure out the trail(s) for ski in/ski out access (duh), but even before we completely had the lay of the land we wished we were staying longer. Great rental, fully recommend."

"We had a ringside seat to the fireworks show. The ski in ski out was incredibly convenient. You guys took care of the tv remote issue quickly and with a smile. Only minor issue would be the small coffee maker should be replaced. The start button does not work properly. We will return."

"Excellent location! Beautiful views and sunsets from the back deck and living room! A 2-minute walk brings you to the base lodge where we hiked Saddleback Mountain nearly every day and enjoyed the pub/restaurant just as often. The short 10-minute drive into downtown Rangeley added to our family's activities. Lots of wildlife! Lots of fun! Thank you to Morton and Furbish! Our original rental had roofers completing the project when we arrived, and Kaitlyn w/ M&B immediately answered our call, relocating us within minutes to Rock Pond Condo 77, which turned our stay into perfection!"
