Good location, lovely decor, courteous staff and a great haven to explore Paris.

We had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt. We did have one issue with our air con and the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend this hotel for Paris. Rooms are spacious, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, concierge excellent and very attentive front reception and management.

The staff are very accommodating and welcoming and they shine brightly compared to other establishments nearby. My two areas of challenge would be. 1. the bathroom which was large and yet somehow managed to feel cramped. 2. The main dining area was not especially welcoming visually and the catering on offer at breakfast held alot to be desired. The above points are easily overshadowed by the hotels location on a small street which is very quiet and not a thoroughfare and immune to heavy traffic and the staff who really are the stars of the show. I shall return.
