"The staff were friendly and helpful, but the amenities were poor the bath and shower room had broken taps and were not maintained and they were also filthy. Don't expect much from breakfast just one piece of roti and one egg, but decent bedroom with property located next to prime area within easy reach of main shopping place."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"The bedding in the hotel is in serious sorry state. The bedding is worn out and torn with holes; the towel are extremely old. The first room I was lodged had stains on the walls before it was changed. The staff are loving, committed to work, though working in a terrible environment."

"This 'White House Guest House' did not provide me accommodation, although, I had a prior booking. The front desk officer told me they did not have any vacant room. How funny!"
