Quiet, Relaxing Getaway on Green Lake with Large Yard and Private Dock

On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with lots of amenities, a large family room with a reclining sectional couch, dining area, one bedroom with a king size bed, and one full bathroom with a tub/shower. The upstairs has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a king size bed, and one full bathroom with a shower. The downstairs has a large family room with a sectional couch, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a half bathroom and a laundry room.

Plenty of essentials are available for your use. Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, and extra pillows/blankets are provided. There is a queen size air mattress if needed. Basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are available. A gas grill is located right off of the dining room on the 2-tier deck (propane provided). There is a 55" smart tv in the main level family room and a 60" in the downstairs family room. All 4 bedrooms have a 40" smart tv. Want a break from technology? Enjoy the large variety of new family board and card games.

The outside includes 70 feet of private frontage on the 2,000 acre all sports Green Lake and a large backyard with a firepit. There is a dock for your own personal watercraft. 3 kayaks are available for you to use. You can park your car in the attached 2 stall garage.

The house is located 1.2 miles from the Interlochen Center for the Arts and close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, several golf courses, wineries, restaurants and casinos.

Great Week

Great place to stay. Plenty of space. Kids loved the foosball table. Lake is shallow at the dock. You have to go out on a boat to fish, but the lake is huge and quiet. Did a ton of tubbing, etc. Close to interlochen (7min. Max). About 35min. From Traverse city. We would stay again.

Great home

This home was great for our family of 7.The beds were comfortable and the lake views and kayaks were awesome. If you want to unwind and disconnect from the world, stay here. The furniture and kitchen was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Serene Clean and Perfected Appointed

Spotlessly clean, modern, and so comfortable. Great view of Green Lake with upper and lower decks. Plus seating on the dock! Fully equipped as well. Beautiful!
