Apartment Avalee-Quiet holiday apartment in Gollwitz

The apartment has a cozy living room with an open fitted kitchen with every comfort. The living room with comfortable furniture and the fireplace invite you to a relaxing holiday. A Smart TV provides your entertainment. You will also find a guest toilet and the terrace with garden furniture on the ground floor.

In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV and another bedroom with a bunk bed. In the bright bathroom you will find a shower with toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

A travel cot and high chair are available for younger guests.

The beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a parasol overlooking the beautiful garden with pond invites you to enjoy the Poel sun.

You can use the wonderful 3000 m² property with a small pond, deck chairs, playground and barbecue area in an absolutely quiet location with the other house guests.

There is a parking space at the house.
No Smoking, pets not allowed!

The Avalee apartment is located in the country house by the sea, which is only about 300 m from the beach (which has a playground).

Eine wirklich schönes Ferienappartement, toll gelegen und sehr ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch an die Kleinsten wurde hier gedacht. Der großzügige Garten kann voll mit genutzt werden. Ansonsten kann man auch wunderbar auf der zum Appartement gehörigen Terrasse entspannen. An fast allen Fenstern gibt es Fliegengitter, was sich auch als sehr hilfreich beim Schutz vor lästigen Mücken herausstellte. Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Die Lage des Appartements eignet sich auch hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Ausflüge ins Umland. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal da. (Die wenigen Kleinigkeiten, die zu beanstanden waren, unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht beeinträchtigt haben, haben wir gemeldet und sind uns sicher, dass diese behoben werden.) Vielen Dank!

Die FeWo ist sehr schön groß und wunderbar gelegen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Möglicherweise war an der Stehlampe die obere Lampe kaputt, wir haben sie nicht abbekommen. Das hat den Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ein größerer Spiegel wäre schön gewesen, aber auch nicht so schlimm. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich, die Betten bequem und der Blick sehr schön. Gerne wieder.
