The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable.The rooms are quite cozy, so if you don't like tight spaces do not stay here. The parking ($10) is horrible, I'm glad we were in our Honda Civic and not our SUV. There are limited spaces and slots are very small. The air-conditioner was super loud not sure if ours was having issues or if it's normal for all the units. We arrived at 240 pm and we were told that we had to wait until 255 to check in or pay for a early check in which is $40, WHAT? We've never paid a early check in fee, we have paid a late check out fee which makes more sense. So we waited the 15 minutes in the car. The parking lot at this time had 3 cars, one of which was ours. All things being said, we would stay here again for a quick 1 night stay.

The hotel is well located, nice rooms. Poorly designed toilets. One of my rooms, was not ready for check in time. But most importantly, very poor customer care. Specially Manager Emmanuel and front desk Triana, very rude and unwilling to help, seems that customers are an inconvenience for them. The hotel is nice, but I have had much better experience in other hotels in NYC. Won’t come back.

Paris Hotel is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The eye for detail is unmatched to the original Eiffel tower in Paris France. Its a little dark inside compared to other hotels. My only other suggestion is when you walk into check in area have a big sign explain to guests that there are self-service machines for checking in. Have one employee helping incase guests are having trouble navigating.
