"One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed in. I've travelled extensively around the world, and this hotel genuinely stands out. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and offered amazing value for money. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention has to go to Margaryta, who checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic and made such a positive first impression. She couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, and she really made a difference to our stay. We learned about the benefits of becoming an IHG member too! She is a real credit to IHG and an excellent example of the kind of service every hotel should strive for. I honestly wish more hotels were like this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended."

"Great friendly staff and superb location (with payable parking but you may need to book in advance). Rooms are a little dated and comfort rooms quite small, double bed is two single matressses which is a bit odd and it does close up at 9pm, though thats not a problem especially as there are plenty of bars etc. close by. All that said really good value and worth the price paid, and thanks to the nice people."

"The Hotel is in the center of town. Ideal for sightseeing. Well connected with tramway to all parts of town. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was large and very quiet as it was away from the street ( we asked for a quiet room). Parking is possible in a nearby public parking garage for a reasonable fee. Room service was very good. Overall the hotel is very well run and in ideal location."
