"The place is run down. Peeling paint. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Room smelt mouldy."

"Parking might be a problem as the hotel has limited number of parking spots but there is a public (paid) parking lot just cross the road. Staff was exceptionally helpful."

"Pleasant enough stay and the staff were all lovely but the hotel room we had is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. There were stains on every surface in the room including the ceiling. Disappointing as would expect more from an IHG hotel."

"Suited my needs for Airport/Cruise ports. Close to Southbank so I had plenty to do in my spare time. Hotel was a little hard to find as on foot and confusing with 2 with same name in close radius. Nice touch was good coffee at reception."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only probelm was the curtains didnt close all the way and let a lot of the light in from neighbouring hotel/attractions. There was also very loud noise coming from the resistance next door until 12. mid.ight and some work from possible machinery in the alley down from my window. I was on the 6th floor. I didnt get a great sleep."
