Hotel is very clean. Staff are pleasant and always wear a smile. The room is superb and you'd feel relaxed, comfortable, safe and at home. Having a 25h shop downstairs also makes a big difference.

We stayed for 4 nights for the marathon and wanted a place to make food etc so it was a good fit. I think really you’d stay two nights max as there are no fresh towels or room turn down and coffee/tea didn’t get refilled. I did ask the AI bot thing but it didn’t deliver. That’s the annoying thing. There’s no person really to speak to whilst you’re there. Needs a sink in the room kitchenette. But it’s cheap and cheerful. A good concept that when working well is great. But often we found lots of dirty dishes in sinks left by guests. Some older guys were asleep on sofas on communal area in the evening so not inviting. Bins in room way too small. So for two cheap nights, fine. But not for longer.

We had one of our best breakfasts in Europe. There were lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the salmon and herring, creals, breads, omelette, pastries, coffee, yogurt smoothies, breakfast items, berry shots, etc.

"nice place, and undiscovered secret for a wellness break in Southern Finland. Nice big, comfortable beds, and sofa bed for family room was also comfortable. Rooms had balcony, and fun activities to do, like mini golf, swimming, and going on the trials. A pool table would be a fantastic addition. ..."
