The village train station is just a short walk away, with direct trains to Munich and Ingolstadt in under 30 minutes. Arriving by car? You’ll have access to a private on-site garage parking space.

The Space:

Enter the apartment through the garden entrance and immediately feel at home. The bathroom is located to the left, while straight ahead you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The main bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment and features:

- A large double bed
- French doors opening onto the terrace
- Peaceful garden views

Upstairs, the newly renovated loft area offers:

- A cozy lounge space
- An open sleeping area with a queen-size bed
- A sofa bed that can be converted into an additional sleeping space

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light and settle in immediately.

Outdoor Living:

Start your mornings with breakfast on your private terrace or relax in the evening sunshine with a glass of wine after a day exploring Bavaria.

Guests can also enjoy:

- Bikes available for exploring the scenic Ilm Valley
- Washer/dryer access available on request for an additional fee

We live in the adjoining main house and are available whenever needed while fully respecting your privacy. As native English speakers fluent in German, we are happy to assist with local recommendations, travel tips, or anything else to help make your stay comfortable.
