"The Perch is a quiet place to stay near Daylesford and check in / out was smooth as was communication with the host. We enjoyed the rural setting and watching the sheep graze just outside our door. Unfortunately the advertised double sofa bed is actually a small single and very uncomfortable as both a sofa and a bed. I wouldn’t recommend this property for more than two people. Replacing the sofa and ensuring clean linen was available for the sofa would make a huge difference for the comfort of a third guest."

"The bushland is beautiful and just the thing for a close to Melbourne simple get away to sit outside in front of the fire pit and go for walks.The dog loved it. It was not cold in the middle of winter."
