Victorian Riverside Cottage

  • This is a beautiful custom built Victorian style home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The home has two porches, a fire place, and it is on the beautiful Withlacoochee River. It is old Florida at its best! There is direct, deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico as well as being an hour away from Gainesville. The house has a private dock and gives you access to fishing, scalloping, hiking, springs and kayaking. The home is located on scenic Riverside Drive.
