Old Florida charm in our little town where you'll see boats coming in with seafood like days gone by! Picking out your fish as it comes in !! Now that is as fresh as it gets !
Available to you ? Seafood Market, ✅ Food truck serving up the freshest catch from our boats ! ✅ Dockside Bar & ✅ Music 🎶 Friday, Saturday, Sunday ! Boat ramp with room for your trailer, or take our kayaks down river thru the old oak trees spotting manatees and river wildlife. Such a peaceful ride in the morning and amazing sunsets where the river meets the gulf. We love to tie up to the Black Water Restaurant ! Great chef who creates amazing plates with our seafood ! Lunch and dinner is also available Dockside from our onsite food truck. All wild caught Right at your dock, Cannot get any FRESHER !!

Our commercial fishing boats have operated 40 years coming in from the Gulf providing seafood, boat to plate, to local restaurants and across the country. WHAT FUN TO WATCH deep sea boats unload thousands of pounds of fish crossing your dock! Put in your boats or kayaks here at boat ramp and enjoy a peaceful ride up the river to the gulf or short drive to public ramp at the head of river / Gulf. Room here for your boat and trailer . We have a 4 adult and 2 child Kayaks. Camp fire and wood provided. Bring family or fishing buddies enjoy the gaming area in the loft bedroom, pool table, ping pong, all set up for rainy days.
Inglis & Yankee town offers a variety of little shops and restaurants. A short drive to Crystal River. Swim with the Manatees, local art shops, restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, sports bars.Take a break from the crowds and experience Old Florida the Nature Coast. Perfect!

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Plenty to do in the house and on site. We had the food truck both nights for dinner, the food was DELICIOUS and fairly priced! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay in Inglis

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Inglis. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. It was just a short 10-15 minute drive to all the attractions in Crystal River.

Very very very cool place

So the house is one thing but the location is another. Both are slam dunks. We have stayed at alot of places in area but not this unique. Very, shall i say.... "over the top" amenities. Will definitely do this trip again.

Beautiful Cottage

Our stay was wonderful, plenty of room for our family, very clean. Pool table was a plus for the kids. The fish market on site has a great selection of seafood which we purchased every night, also the food truck next door had great food. we will definitely come back. Donna the hostess was very informative and friendly.

Clean and Peaceful

The riverhouse was the perfect place to stay for our weekend exploring the river around Yankeetown and Inglis. A commercial fishing boat came in during our stay. We purchased a grouper to take home. It was delicious. I highly recommend the cobia fish spread available at the on-site fish market.

Unique Relaxation

Leigh and I had an absolutely wonderful week at Brooks Seafood cabin. The cabin had everything that we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Amazing seafood at food truck and a lot of fun watching the crew unload boats. We wanted to enjoy something different and weren’t disappointed. Thanks for sharing your paradise with us!

Best place to stay

This was our second time staying at this River House. The owners are super friendly, caring and have gone above and beyond. Everyone in this town is nice. We love coming here because it is nice and quiet, the scenery is nice, there is food right by the house and a seafood market right outaide the door, what's not to like. It's close to a boat ramp and there is great fishing here. We will definitively be back again!

Cozy home with wonderful food footsteps away

We stayed at this home for a long weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday. There were 4 adults and 3 teens and we were all comfortable. The food next door at Brooks Seafood was wonderful as always! The area is nice and quiet, yet close to all Crystal River and Inglis have to offer. The pool table was a bonus and the loft was perfect for any young gamers. Owners were extremely welcoming and the house was spotless! We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Unique and relaxing visit!

Glen and Donna were wonderful hosts! They were informative about the area and their property had everything we needed. The fresh seafood truck and store just steps outside the front door was amazing. Glen even set our 12yr old son up with rod, reel with bait so that he could fish off the dock! The house was super clean and the pool table inside and ping pong table on the screened in porch kept all of us busy when a rainstorm canceled an outing we had planned. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome. They had everything needed to cook family meals including a ton of spices.It's a short drive to Crystal River and Three Sister's Spring where you can see the manatees. We look forward to going back some day!

Quiet get away, with River life.

We chose this place because we don’t like the busy crowds. We also wanted to kayak on the river. There was a few alligators but they didn’t bother us. The plus side of this stay was watching when the fisherman came in with a boat load of red snapper and grouper. The owner was happy to educate us on the process and business. Donna and Glen made us feel so welcome. The staff at the fish store and food truck were also great. The staff also said how much they enjoyed working for Glen. They keep the business area very clean. If you like to hike or bike there are many trails in the area. Inglis is a very cute little town and real liked the friendly people I met.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!

This is one place that we will never forget! The house is absolutely beautiful. The property is absolutely unforgettable with the fishing boats, alligators, manatees, and buying fresh fish to cook from the fish market. The staff is amazing and the owners of this property are down to earth, friendly, and understanding people who give their time to you so you have a better understanding of the property and what to look for. We spent most the time on the property. Our trip was the second week of August and still was able to see manatees. We watched the gators for hours. There are several small gators but the biggest we saw was close to 6ft long. The area is beautiful. We will definitely be back someday.

Amazing hosts

From the time we got there we were treated like family. Glen and Odis were amazing. The entire staff was friendly and you could tell they were happy to be there.
