"Excellent hotel with friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooms as described, spacious clean with a lovely designed ensuite . Biggest plus was the swimming pool with sauna, whirlpool etc , very clean and large. Overall a great stay and we will definitely return in the future."

Great place great location.

"Great place great location but the check-in was not easy. I did the pre check in downloaded the app but the app kept saying check-in so I went back and I had. Ended up just using the key codes which you get 2 mins before 3pm. I kept worrying that there was a problem and I was already in Harrogate. ..."
