"This was a return visit to Pear Tree Annexe for me and it was every bit as cosy, comfortable and relaxing as before! The location is perfect being so close to all amenities but still incredibly peaceful and with lots of gorgeous walking very close by. I always have the nicest time staying here and the hosts are incredibly welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend Pear Tree Annexe in every respect and certainly look forward to my next holiday there!!"

"Property was very nicely decorated with a cosy feel with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Location was great - nice and rural, but close to Tideswell and Monsel Head. In the couple of days we were there we visited Bakewell, Hathersage and walked Castleton and Mam Tor. We love the area and would certainly stay here again. "

"A lovely weekend away with a group of friends. We spent 2 nights and we’re so delighted with the dairy, which was warm, comfortable and stylish. We drove a short way from the farm to do a fabulous walk around kinderscout and took in kinderfall Williams clough. Had a fantastic meal at the bulls head in foolow. "An excellent property, very homely, cosy and welcoming. Would definitely return. Found laundry basket, spare mattress covers and oven gloves in main bedroom. Not a great problem at all, but think these items were inadvertently left at the changeover clean. But this is not an important criticism - the property was wonderful."
