"To me it's falsely glorified dingy heritage property which is run by a stingily maintained management firm based out of Chennai. The only one plus point for this establishment is its location. "

"Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms."
