This small, traditional village is located in the Paphos district, offering a tranquil retreat with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. The streets are narrow and winding, superb for a leisurely stroll.

Couples looking for a peaceful escape will find Ineia ideal. The relaxed pace of life, the opportunity for scenic walks through the countryside, and the chance to enjoy authentic Cypriot cuisine in the local tavernas create a ideal setting for a romantic getaway. Many accommodations here are renovated traditional stone houses, offering a unique and comfortable stay.

For those who enjoy hiking and exploring rural landscapes, staying in Ineia provides direct access to numerous walking trails that crisscross the Ezousa Valley and the Akamas Peninsula.

The best time to visit Ineia is during spring (April to May) or autumn (September to October) for pleasant weather and fewer crowds.

During spring, the countryside around Ineia comes alive with wildflowers, and the temperatures are comfortably warm, typically ranging from 20-25°C. This makes it an excellent time for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the Akamas Peninsula, which is easily accessible from the village. Couples often appreciate the tranquil setting and scenic walks this season offers.

Autumn also provides wonderful conditions, with temperatures similar to spring but with the added bonus of the grape harvest season in the surrounding Paphos wine region. This is a great time for those interested in local culture and culinary experiences, as many wineries offer tours and tastings. Families might find this period ideal for outdoor activities before the cooler winter months arrive.

While summer (June to August) is also popular, it can be very hot, with temperatures often exceeding 30°C, which might be less comfortable for extensive outdoor exploration.
