The little sofa is a little dirty and the AC is old with cracks. The shampoo is inside a little bag individually and some small pieces soap. There isn’t toothbrush and slipper.

we apologies for any cleanliness issues you may have had. we will address that immediately. we are not however a luxury hotel and no motel in our class provide slippers and toothbrush. single soap and shampoo is standard. thank you for staying with us.

Roaches, stained towels that looked dirty. Upon entering the room everything looked very clean and organized and neat. Very welcoming. It was the second night that the bugs started coming out. I saw a small cockroach crawling up the wall as I’m laying in bed watching tv. Then when I went to the restroom there was a huge one. And the next day we killed 2 more huge ones. Then, When entering the property you have to come in one way and go out the other way. Staff or management never told us anything that they were going to be fixing the driveway. Management needs to communicate these types of things to guest, and the pool my kid did not want to get in it because of the debris and they said they saw algae. I’m all for small businesses to thrive but I don’t put up with dingy towels and cockroaches, small & huge ones! I WANT A REFUND! I’m traumatized with these bugs. I’m really being serious.

It did the job for one night. Fairly quiet, except for the train noise. My unit was near the back of the property, so it was not nearly as loud as units closer to the train line. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and all the basics for a night of sleep.

The bad: Room wasn't ready. Train track 100 yards from hotel. It was a suite but no dishes or dish soup. Sofa bed difficult to open and badly stained. Broken chairs. The good: remodeled bathroom.

The floor was extremely dirty so my bare feet walk to bathroom got them black on the bottom. Hopefully this was an oversite with the Housekeeping and not an indication of the general cleanliness of the room. The Office assured us that this issue would be corrected.

I like this hotel. The staff here are very professional. The front desk Sebastian he is very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean, the housekeepers do a very good job as well.

the road and train. Suspect area. Fridge wasn’t working, tv wasn’t working, no heat, and ironing board had no iron. Bed was decent, shower is nice, and breakfast was surprisingly nice.

I’m not picky. I swear. I know my budget this I picked this location. Check in was really slow. I’ve never experience anything like it. They were nice. But 20 min? Get into our room and all is fine except for the turd in the bowl left behind and the dirty towels. This was all fixed very quickly. I give them that. But then I still went next door to the truck stop for Lysol wipes. I wiped down nights stands and head board and good thing! Ugh. Bed was clean thank goodness. Everything else went fine. There is a train track right across the street - no horns blowing - I always bring ear plugs and eye masks so not an issue for me. I WOULD stay here again.

Property was clean and recently remodeled, including landscaping. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The dog park area was a pleasant surprise. My only suggestion is, since the property is dog friendly, they should remove the barrel cactus. They are a significant hazard, especially at the dog park entrance.

Details, Details, Details
The room was clean and comfortable; however, there was obvious miscommunication between housekeeping, workers, and management that caused us to make several trips to the office for keys that worked, missing washcloths and hand towels, and the water being turned off unexpectedly. We were moved to a bigger and nicer room during our stay to ameliorate the inconveniences, but noticed that our new room had NO smoke detector--just bare wires in the ceiling. Such a shame because you have done a really nice job making over a motel motor court into a modern motel. It could be even better if everyone was working together as a team and details were not overlooked.

Property is very old. Staff was good but most of the things weren’t in order like no iron. For a family of 4, they had kept only one bath towel etc.
