The Space:

Step into your own private desert escape. Spend your days floating in the private pool and soaking in the heated spa, and your evenings around the fire pit while the BBQ sizzles and the mountains glow at sunset.



Inside, the spacious single-story home has room for the whole group to gather or spread out. On cooler desert evenings, gather around the fireplace in the second living area. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook for the group. There are two dining areas, one of which doubles as a remote-work spot. Every bedroom has its own Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps, and fast Frontier fiber-optic Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house. When it's time to unwind, challenge someone to a round of classic Ms. Pac-Man.



Walk to the Polo Grounds for festival weekends, or head out for golf, casinos and dining just minutes away. Then come home to your own tranquil oasis.

The Neighborhood:

Tucked in a tranquil residential Indio neighborhood, within walking distance of the Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Fantasy Springs and Spotlight 29 casinos are a short drive away, along with dozens of Coachella Valley golf courses, Old Town La Quinta's shops and restaurants, and El Paseo in Palm Desert. Joshua Tree National Park makes an easy day trip.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Coachella Valley, and the home includes private garage parking. The Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach) is within walking distance, so on festival weekends you can skip the traffic and shuttles entirely. Palm Springs International Airport is about 30–35 minutes away by car, and Uber and Lyft are widely available.



Other Things to Note:

• Self check-in with a smart lock keypad. Your code is sent before arrival.

• For security, there is a Ring video doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera facing the driveway. There are no other cameras, inside or outside.

• Spa heat is included. Pool heat is available for $75 per day with a 2-day minimum (not needed in summer).

• During Coachella and Stagecoach, expect heavier traffic and some road closures around the Polo Grounds, so plan arrival times accordingly.

• This is a residential neighborhood, so please observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

• No pets, please.
