Important to note:

-This property can sleep a total of 8, minimum of 6. All the mattresses are full size, so it is under the guests discretion if they would like to sleep two people on one. One bed is the top bunk with a weight limit of 150lbs and two can sleep on our couch that converts to a pullout bed.

-Pool can be heated with 24 hr notice from check in time for a fee of 100$/night. For same day bookings, first night fee will be waived.

- Please be advised that a waiver for staying at our property and use of all our amenities MUST be signed at time of booking by the primary guest booking the property before arrival for you to receive the front door code for entry. Document will be sent via email.

✦We have an exterior camera facing the walkway in front of the front door, one facing the 2 windows and side gate to the left of the house, one facing the trashcans in the back, and one facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.
