This rental was perfect for our 8 person group of friends and families! Extremely well-appointed and comfortable. The house appears to be new, and is oh so clean! Also, the outdoor pool area and view of lake were lovely The owners seemed to have thought of everything. We were concerned it would be rather far from Indian Wells Tennis, but the 15 min drive was easy. Thanks to great hosts that made the whole experience one of our best thru VRBO

Perfect- just as advertised.
5 couples came for a week in mid-February and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 BR- all the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all glasses, pots, pans, grilling utensils, silverware, etc. A nice Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee pot. Pool/spa was warm and perfect for what we needed. Bathrooms were spotless. The check-in process and communication with William was outstanding. A great place for a large group. Highly recommend.

Great Group House
This house was PERFECT for 5 couples. All of the rooms were ample size with awesome beds. The kitchen and inside living space was also spacious, clean, and well set up. Outside was a dream - perfect little pool and outdoor seating areas.
Would absolutely recommend the house! The one tip I'd provide is that, since this is a rental only, there aren't many cooking supplies in the kitchen. I'd recommend bringing any spices, oils, foils, etc you need the cook meals.
