Racetrack for Kids to play on the Razor and Pedal Bikes on the paved racetrack for the Kids to run the bikes included at the home. So much for the Kids - they won't want to leave!

Free Saltwater Pool & Spa, plenty of outdoor seating, New Game Room 1,000 sqft, Vintage Pool Table, Darts, Poker Table, Craps, Arcade, 75" television. Enjoy the Sunset going down over the mountain view while seated around the firepit. New furniture in our living room and dining, new flooring, spacious kitchen to entertain at the twin kitchen islands - fully stocked. Minutes to the Polo Grounds.

If you are looking for Pickleball Courts - there are so many courts available at the Fritz Burns Park along with tennis courts and the public pool which makes for great lap swimming.

If you are driving your EV car, we have an EV Charger also for you for free!

We had over 50 five-star reviews prior to performing upgrades to the property. We are now happy to make the property available once again.

New Game Room with vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade, basketball, darts, poker table and 75" television in this air-conditioned space nearly 1,000 sqft. Large eat-in kitchen with double islands and 2 separate dining areas, along with dining in the outdoor patio, seating for 24 persons. Heated Pool at no add'l charge! firepit, mini-golf. 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite and then the bunkbed room has it's own bath as well. 85" television and plenty of seating for the party in the living room.

This is a 3000 sqft home with a new Game Room, air-conditioned, and this has a private yard with heated pool, spa, firepit, mini-golf, outdoor dining, bbq grill and a paved racetrack for the Kids to run the Razor and pedal bikes included.

We are available by phone and text; also just minutes away if you need us to come to the home.

Bring your bikes to get around our gated community of Montage, short distance to the Polo Grounds and the Village of LaQuinta; close to shopping and restaurants.

Parking is limited to 3-4 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage, if needed. Street parking is only available until 10:00 pm.

Private gated community of Montage is just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and about 10 minutes from La Quinta; make a day trip to Joshua Tree.

Great family stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was very accommodating and prompt. They supplied everything for the kids, kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. Would certainly stay again.

Great property, great property management!

We were in town for large youth sports event. The accommodations were great, providing a plenty of entertainment for both kids and parents.Janet was very communicative and helpful, particularly with one of our kids coming down with an illness the day of checkout. All and all, it was a great experience!

Memories For Ever

We had four adult children and 6 grandchildren ranging from 7-13. The house was well equipped for everyone from the kitchen to the game room to the epic backyard and pool area. I really can’t say enough!
