Close enough to walk or ride to the polo grounds, Large fenced yard with Palm Trees, birds of Paradise, hibiscus, fruit trees, potted flowers in the yard & around the pool. View from the backyard runs across 2 fairways and the driving range of the golf course. Granite island in the kitchen, tile counter-tops. gas cook top, tile floors throughout house, carpet in the bedrooms. Added privacy with a beautiful courtyard entry with a nice water fountain, gas fireplace in living room. #1 Bedroom Master king bed, Bedroom #2 queen bed, Bedroom #3 bunk bed with twin bed on top, double bed on bottom bunk, couch in the front room is a pull-out double bed, Queen size Aero bed available if needed. Large master bedroom has tiled glassblock shower with 2 shower heads, large soaking tub, double sinks. #2 bathroom has Southwest decorative sink, tub/shower combo. Rules

If the AC or the pool heat is used excessively we will use the deposit to cover the expense. We will monitor the SoCal gas bill during your stay.

The pool will not be heated unless requested by the client. The cost for heating the pool is not included in the rent.

The house must be rented for 30 days or more. This is not our rule. This is the rule of the city of Indio.
