"Front desk employees were very courteous. Rooms were nice, carpet is very out dated and shower was very yellow, but clean so. But I was on first floor people above me were going until 1:40 at night, after 3 hours of loud banding and what sounding like them dropping stuff I had had enough, called front desk and noises stop immediately! Over all I would definitely stay again. "

"pulled up to the hotel and could barely pull up in front of the property due to what i’m assuming was the front desk workers honda pilot under the awning, right in front of the doors as it was there the next morning just facing the other way. after checking in the 3 boys i was with for my sons birthday were rather rowdy. we told front desk this at check in to try and give us room away from disturbing others. we got a call to the room asking us to quiet down.. my kids weren’t even in the room, they were swimming in the overfilled, under cleaned, under maintenced pool. we were accused of trying to open attached doors in our room then told the people who were complaining were just trying to get discounts as this was the second room they had been moved to. i was irritated. then i go out to smoke and the front desk guy (same guy) comes running after me to ask how many people i have with me bc a sweatshirt was left behind and someone we don’t know was trying to say they were staying in our room. breakfast had no eggs and the gravy was burnt to the sides of the pans. no hot tub, pool is only open from 10-10 with check out at 11. not feasible to swim before you leave. overall i won’t be back! Also a fight broke out in the hallway about 130 am so that was nice to wake up to as well. get some better help in there! clean the trash up around the place and behind the railings in the rocks by breakfast. jessh. "The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!"

"Generally, a good property; however, half of the rooms front a very busy and noisy road. As a result, we didn’t get much sleep awakening to sirens, party goers and a lot of ruckus. "

"Noisy, like super noisy A/C unit. I turned it off and it just kept running lol. There was no microwave but that's ok, my fault for not reading correctly. Nice little place for your dog to potty, fairly new hotel. Would stay here again for sure. "
