I am so impressed of how easy it was o find and access the property. The house was beautiful and comfortable. I love how soft the bed was and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Can't wait to visit again. This will be the only place we stay when visiting this beautiful city.

Overall good experience!

Overall its a decent place for the money. The duplex Had many updates, security system, cameras nice size tvs, modern appliances, washer/dryer My only issues was the parking is off the alley, but they have a gate to keep it safe, the neighbor hood its self is older and homes are close together and the train is a block away. If you compare hotel pricing with same reviews this is a great option. We would rent again.

Super cute place that was the perfect size for our family for a weekend in Indy! Soo close to downtown and the stadium. Sheila was very responsive to all our needs and it felt great to know we could reach her as needed. It was decorated to feel like home and the beds were comfy.

Very nice property. Comfortable stay. I see other reviews here talking about noise. It wasn't noisy for us. Just normal traffic sounds of staying in a city. Would recommend and would stay again!

Quiet in the back, noisy in the front.

Overall was a good place to stay. A bit noisy because of train tracks nearby and cars speeding… Upstairs bathroom sink needs some work (unclug), toilet seat needs to be replaced. A little mouse was seen in the kitchen, a trap may be needed :)

Impressive Townhome

Wow, very impressive townhome. Super clean, entirely updated, and tastefully decorated. Priced well and worth every penny spent. Very comfy beds and everything we needed was provided. Great privacy and parking. Owner communicated extremely well and promptly. Easy check-in instructions. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Indianapolis.

This place is really cute - beds are fine, it’s clean, etc. only issues are: - the way to get to the parking is very narrow. You probably don’t want to be here with a large vehicle and no backup camera. -the stairs are incredibly narrow. They were clearly built before laws about this came around. But we were always really concerned going up and down them. - there are some train tracks nearby. Don’t be surprised if a train going by wakes you up at night. Besides that we had no issues. The owner had great communication, the place was clean, and it was close to downtown where our event was.
