The home features a dedicated movie theater room with projector and surround sound, plus a game room with pool table and dart board, perfect for movie nights and group fun. Upstairs, relax in the living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, plush sectional sofa, and bright natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave (perfect for popcorn), air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, two-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. A dining area comfortably seats six.

We usually come to the area 2-3 times a year, and this is will be where we stay from now on! The place was super clean and specious, the host was great to deal with and super nice. I can’t say enough great things about it. Thanks for a great stay

Nice place

Overall a nice stay in a good location. A new listing so there are a few minor things that could be improved but the house is newly renovated and very clean. It served our needs perfectly.

Fun theater room

We stayed here while Christmas shopping! Was very close to shopping- restaurants and the city. It was very clean and theatre room was super fun. A couple suggestions for the owners would be to have cover sheets & blankets instead of comforters only. Pillows were pretty bad and lumpy. Toilet paper was the worst I’ve ever seen. Would suggest these upgrades for a 5 star rating.

Nice place. Everything located just blocks away. Host was extremely attentive to needs and questions. Very nice neighbors offered assistance if we needed anything (one of us still recovering from a broken leg). Lots of extra touches like water and snacks, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Quick to respond about a minor leak at kitchen faucet. Only suggestion we had was that all of the beds are that soft memory foam mattresses. Would be nice if one of the bedrooms would have had or offered a firmer selection. Host was understanding and helpful regarding our special needs.

Great property

The only downfall to it is a washing machine and dryer, but I know that will be coming soon. Can’t wait to stay back there again. The neighborhood is great. The garage is great for storing our equipment.
