Perfectly located, the home is just a 10-minute walk to see the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, less than a 20-minute walk to cheer on the Pacers or Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and a little over a 15-minute walk to attend a convention at the Indiana Convention Center, or simply explore the vibrant downtown scene; this rental offers the perfect home base for your visit. Plus, walking is never an issue with our private driveway parking for multiple cars on the premise.

We love to have a good time too, and so we offer a private arcade room. With four classic-style arcade games, this dedicated space adds a dose of fun and nostalgia to your stay. Whether you’re competing for the high score or introducing younger guests to the games you grew up with, the arcade is sure to be a highlight for everyone in your group. We also offer board games, a chalkboard wall, life-sized connect four, and card games for all ages.

When the weather is nice, the spacious backyard living area invites you outside. Fire up the grill for a cookout before the big game, or wind down in the evening around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and swapping stories. With comfortable seating (an outdoor table for eight) and a relaxed atmosphere, the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying time together under the stars.

Finally, we offer a full kitchen with coffee (both Keurig and a traditional coffee pot), stove, oven, airfryer, crock-pot, and so much more. The dinning room comfortably seats eight (8) around the table, and is located next to the modern bar cart with wine glasses and everything else needed for a night of some fun.
