Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This owner ghosted us. He did not send us the check in details and then didn't respond to us and VRBO. THis was for the final 4 and so everything was sold out after our 12 hour drive. So unprofessional. VRBO tried to help us out but with everything being sold out we had to go to a hotel room which was OK but we had bought food to cook. Very upsetting.
