I am local to Indianapolis but respect my guest’s space and privacy so I will not be onsite during the stay. I am available through the messaging app and by text, as needed for guest communications.

The home is located in historic Irvington, one of Indianapolis’s most charming and walkable districts. Just steps from Ellenberger Park, guests can enjoy playgrounds, seasonal pool, walking trails, and green space—perfect for families, morning jogs, or an afternoon unwind.

Though nestled in a quiet residential area, you’re just 10–15 minutes from downtown attractions like Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Mass Ave, and Monument Circle. Quick access to I-70 and I-465 makes it easy to explore all of Indy—from the Children’s Museum to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway or the airport, all within a 20-minute drive.

Irvington also boasts a growing number of local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops, including Irvington classics like Jokamos and Black Acre Brewing—just a few minutes away.

Guests have access to the entire home and yard areas. Guests will not have access to the detached garage or basement spaces.

Street parking is available in the front of the home. Guests are also welcome to park along the garage in the alley at the rear of the home but will not have garage access. Please keep the alley clear at all times for through traffic.
