Watch out, the room I got was not the room I reserved. I was given no price adjustment nothing. I was told that Expedia has old photos. I reserved a suite the room they put me in had 2 queen beds and a tub which jets did not work. Very disappointed not worth 108 per night.

This place was not clean at all and staff was not willing to accommodate for their uncleanliness. Rooms are nowhere near worth $100/night. Both rooms that were given to me were not clean how a hotel/motel should be. First room given to me had the let out couch and bed with the sheets everywhere as if someone had just gotten up. Second room the sink nor tub drained right away when water was running and the tub was dirty with long fine hairs around it. Toilet also had the same kind of hair on it. Second room given to me was also not the same size as the original room I booked but was told they had no more spaces. When asked for what type of accommodation or reimbursement would they give for the different room types and discomfort with cleanliness I was told that the rooms weren’t different and only just one had a let out couch and the other didn’t so it wasn’t a big of a difference. But why would I book for something if it wasn’t a need to begin with. The young lady I first spoke with and she switched the room was nice and apologetic but she stated she could not do much and referred me to the manager the next day when I was checking out. Upon checking out and reiterating my concerns the guy was very dismissive and he wasn’t even the manager. He was very unwilling to hear my concerns and made it seem as it they were not a big deal. These rooms are NOT worth $100/night and my experience was horrible.

This is not a typical Red Roof hotel. Everything is in poor condition and needs updating. The bed sheets are old and all have holes. It is impossible to sleep. No breakfast
