Fully furnished home, mostly to yourself as roommates are at school. 6 month lease, then mo to mo. $500 discount if confirmed by 9/1. Laundry available and parking. House, on a quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to the Monon , Carmel Center for Performing Arts, Carmel Art & Design District, City Center, Midtown Plaza. Near Restaurants, shops, grocery stores (Meijer/Kroger and much more) Main St., all walking distance. No pets please. 10pm quiet time, Carmel Gym nearby ($16 per day or mo. to mo mbrshp). 1st, last and security deposit for move in, rent due by 5th of month. $50 fee added if late. Mates do have keys and may be home for holidays (Oct, April, Dec and Summer) 3 weeks advanced notice for early move after 6 months. Call/msg for more details

Please leave keys inside Snoopy Coffee Cup on Fireplace Mantel and leave remotes for tv's near the tvs.
Please throw away all garbage and remove all food from mini frig, microwave and room in general.
Please do not use fireplace, firepit or any candles during stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
