Condo is a perfect location to downtown Indy. A very short Uber distance away. Property was very clean and exactly how it was described. Would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to IU sports campus. Building under new management and undergoing some renovation work. Residents are very nice. Dog park on 5th could use better owner poop patrol, but was great for the 3am pee session. Quiet hallways. Vegan cafe on main floor and Vegan burgers along canal.

Good place for one night stop over on long trip
Rental is extremely clean. The directions were good for finding key. Sadly the pool was closed when I got in from driving all day and there was no information available on pool hours. Host provided information on recommended restaurants. Note: use of Glade PlugIns if you are fragrance sensitive.
